SHIPPING & RETURNS
It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Our average shipping time is 3-4 business days after fulfillment depending on the order's destination.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

These items are custom printed/embroidered per order, so we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are offered at our discretion. Please refer to the size charts on apparel products before placing your order.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our vendor's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
